Our fees will depend on the size and scope of your project, as well as whether you wish us to set up for you to use our Content Management Software. How long will it take?

Once we receive all the content (text & graphics) in final form, together with a Purchase Order and deposit, a typical website can be completed and made live on the Internet within about 2-3 weeks.

Business Starter Package

This is our most popular package, and is highly recommended for a business or organisation keen to promote itself with a professional image whilst working to a modest marketing budget.

This package provides everything you need to establish an online presence for one year:

• domain name registration
• 5 full "A4-sized" professional-quality, standards-compliant, static web pages
• website hosting
• 20 email accounts and hosting
• SMTP server
• webmail facility
• email autoresponders
• general hosting and domain admin
• professional-quality, standards-compliant, search engine friendly website navigation system
• your logo, photos and graphics included
• major search engine and directory submissions
• free text revisions for 14 days

Notes:

• extra standard pages can be added at £75 each
• maintenance can be provided ad-hoc at £40 for a half page (or less) change and £75 for more than a half page change or a whole new page
• graphical website visitor statistics can be provided on request
• contact forms can be provided at extra cost, as can various levels of WAI compliance
• hosting, domain and admin fees after the first year are £95 pa in advance
• spam/junk mail filtering and virus scanning can be arranged
• client normally provides all content (text, sitemap, photos, logos, flyers, documents, links, keywords/keyphrases, etc.), but we can handle any of this at extra cost
• an "A4-sized" web page is roughly equivalent in content to an A4 printed page containing 2 or 3 images
• the webmail facility allows you to check your email from any PC, anywhere, at anytime
• the SMTP server provides you with your own authenticated outgoing email server
• the price quoted includes an automatic 10% discount for allowing us to place a tiny advert on each page - please advise if you do not require this
